The Ordnance Factory in Medak, Telangana, has successfully conducted floatation trials for an amphibious infantry combat vehicle (ICV) manufactured for the Indian Army. The test took place on Friday at Pedd Cheruvu, an irrigation tank near Sangareddy town.

The Ordnance Factory in Medak is responsible for manufacturing and supplying 120 BMP vehicles annually to the Indian Army.
