Dassault Systèmes to Establish Rs 240 Crore Aerospace and Defense Training Hub in Assam

Assam's industrial landscape is poised for a significant boost as Dassault Systèmes, the technological powerhouse behind France's Dassault Group, announces plans to establish a cutting-edge aerospace and defence automotive electric vehicle training hub in the state.

This strategic move, with a substantial investment of Rs 240 crore, signals Assam's growing prominence as an attractive destination for foreign investment and technological advancement.

Announced by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday, the project has received the green light from the Assam cabinet. The training hub will leverage Dassault's expertise in cutting-edge domains like aerospace, defence, automotive technology, and electric vehicles to equip Assam's youth with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in these rapidly evolving industries.

The project is not only expected to create a plethora of job opportunities in high-tech sectors but also stimulate the growth of Assam's industrial ecosystem. It underscores the state's commitment to fostering a skilled workforce and positioning itself at the forefront of technological innovation.
