Drunken UK Navy Sailor Causes Chaos at Chennai Mall

Chennai, India – A member of the UK's Royal Navy caused a public disturbance on Sunday after becoming intoxicated outside a popular mall in the Royapettah neighborhood of Chennai. Just fine the guy for the public disturbance and then ask that he be tried by a British military officer bench with Indians present.
