Product Capabilities on display:
The MArG 155 is a 155mm family of mounted gun systems with options in 39 and 45 calibre gun systems developed for all-terrain manoeuvrability. Mounted on a Kalyani 4×4 wheeled chassis, it possesses shoot and scoot capability, and capable of firing NATO standard and in-service ammunition. Weighing at 21.5 tons (39 calibre) and 23.5 tons (45 calibre), it brings the best of unmatched-mobility, fire-power and reliability of an artillery platform.The Garuda 105 is an ultra-light weight 105 mm/37 calibre mobile gun system. Mounted on a 4×4 Kalyani wheeled chassis, it is designed for all-weather & all-terrain manoeuvrability, including high altitude coupled with shoot and scoot capability, providing an unprecedented ability to be air-portable and para-droppable. A versatile platform, Garuda 105 is suitable for multi-operation deployment, including direct fire roles.
The Mine Reconnaissance Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (MRAUV), Expendable Underwater Target (EUT) and Mobile Target Emulator (MTE), are some of the few underwater autonomous systems from our portfolio that are on display. MRAUVs, are already in-service with many Navies and are used extensively for purpose of underwater Mine detection and classification, upto greater depth. EUT acts like target to be used for on-board ASW crew training of Sonar operators as well as Torpedoes firing. Additionally, MTE are deployable from Submarine to mimic like Submarine decoy in ASW.
KSSL also manufactures a range of ammunition. Initially developed for our artillery platforms, our ammunition shells are ready-to-fill; we have expanded the portfolio to include ammunition for unmanned, marine, and small arms systems as well. As an end-to-end product and artillery solutions provider, KSSL manufactures both medium and large calibre ammunition shells.
