Adani Defence Set to Become Development cum Production Partner (DcPP) for DRDO's RudraM-II Missile Program

what is Contribution of Adani defence in development of Rudram MK2 ..................??? which is already developed by DRDO & have done Flight Test successfuly , Have they contributed from design developed from scratch ..................???? Most likely Production of Missile under ToT .
