New Delhi – The 4th edition of AeroDef India, a major exhibition focused on the aerospace and defense manufacturing sectors, will take place April 18-20, 2024 at the Yashobhoomi India International Convention Centre in Dwarka, New Delhi. The event, hosted by the Sustainable Development Leaders Council (SDLC), is designed to connect India's growingbase of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with established industry leaders.
AeroDef India will offer a crucial platform for MSMEs to demonstrate their expertise in component manufacturing, materials, and sub-assemblies to a global audience of OEMs, strategic partners, and public sector units (PSUs). The event also provides significant opportunities for both Indian and international manufacturers to explore sourcing opportunities within India's expanding defense MSME sector.
“AeroDef India is a unique opportunity to foster collaboration and growth within the Indian aerospace and defence manufacturing industry,” stated Dr. Sukhjinder Singh, Founder & President of SDLC.
The success of previous AeroDef India events, which have attracted over 120 MSMEs, suggests strong participation for the 2024 edition. Key decision-makers in procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing from leading DPSUs like HAL, BEML, and DRDO are expected to attend. Additionally, representatives from Indian companies such as Tata, Godrej, and L&T, and international giants like Lockheed Martin and Raytheon are anticipated.
The exhibition will feature a diverse range of industry specialties, including materials, electronics, design engineering, MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul), and component manufacturing.
