India's aerospace and defense manufacturing capabilities will be on full display at the upcoming AeroDef India 2024 exhibition, held in New Delhi from April 18-20, 2024. The event, now in its 4th edition, is a key platform supporting the country's ambitious plans to strengthen its defense sector and boost domestic production.
AeroDef India 2024, organized by the Sustainable Development Leaders Council (SDLC), is designed to connect manufacturers with the suppliers and innovators crucial to India's defense industry. The exhibition will place a special emphasis on the role of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in supplying components, materials, and cutting-edge solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
"AeroDef India 2024 is where Indian and global manufacturers come together to source the materials and innovations needed for our growing defense sector," stated Dr. Sukhjinder Singh, Founder & President of the SDLC. The event promises a diverse range of participants, including representatives from major Indian defense companies like HAL, BEML, and DRDO, alongside private sector leaders like Tata Advanced, the Aditya Birla Group, and international giants such as Lockheed Martin. Exhibitors will cover areas such as specialty materials, electronics, design engineering, IT solutions, and maintenance (MRO).
