Frustated Pakistan-China Nexus Attempting to Incite Terrorism in Kashmir

Over Jammu and Kashmir, a storm of frustration, military equipment, and cyber ambitions is gathering strength. Sources suggest that, frustrated by India's increased troop presence in Ladakh after the 2020 border standoff in Galwan, Pakistan is attempting to incite terrorism in Kashmir once more with the support of China in an effort to put pressure on India to redeploy.

Pakistan is thought to be upset after India effectively retaliated against Chinese assault during the 2020 border dispute. According to insiders, Pakistan is trying to refocus Indian attention and resources on Kashmir as a result of this frustration.

A useful instrument for this is the revival of terrorist activities, which might force India to refocus its attention away from the Ladakh border.

China is allegedly involved in the sale of advanced weapons to Pakistan, which frequently ends up in the hands of terrorist organisations like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed.

These sophisticated weapons manage to make their way across the border, giving militants the ability to attack Indian security personnel in Kashmir. This lethal game has a grim history, as evidenced by the recent incident in Poonch that claimed the lives of five soldiers.

The digital sphere is also not exempted. Reliable sources indicate that China is helping Pakistan bolster its cyber capabilities by facilitating covert monitoring via Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

Furthermore, financing for a separate information security centre dedicated to cyber warfare highlights Pakistan's rising cyber ambitions, potentially opening a new front in the current conflict.

India's security apparatus is unwaveringly alert in the face of these problems. Previous attempts have been repeatedly stopped by counterterrorism measures, and India's determination to counter terrorist activity is demonstrated by the force buildup in Poonch-Rajouri.

The Indian Army remains committed to both the Ladakh and Kashmir fronts.
