Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a leading aerospace and defense company in India, has been awarded a substantial contract worth ₹1,173.42 crore (approximately $147 million USD) by Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) to supply critical equipment for the Indian Navy's Next Generation Missile Vessel (NGMV) project.
