The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) reports that the USA dominates global arms exports (42% share), while Europe has become the largest importing region. Ukraine emerged as the top global importer, followed by India.

Key Trends (2021–2025 Data):

Major Supplier/Recipient Dynamics:

1. USA: Holds 43% of the global market.
France surpassed Russia as the second-largest exporter, driven by major aircraft deals.

2. Russia: Exports dropped by 64% over the last two five-year periods.

3. India: Despite being the second-largest importer, its imports fell by 4% due to increased domestic production.
