What is India doing? US, Türkiye and China competing for 6th generation fighter jet

As fighter jets are moving towards the 6th generation, what is India doing? Even America is in danger of falling behind in the race.

How much budget has India allocated for new generation fighter jets? I have not heard any statement from the government on this issue.
