Hi , I am Rajesh Ghungarde from Pune having own company. Priorly I worked in Kailash Vahan Udyog Pune in the year 1998. I have seen the level of corruption in procurement of defence by contractors during one of order. A sixteen lacs project was purchased in 52 lacs in the year 1998 & there were three vehicles for mobile launchers. So total cost for manufacturing order was 48;lacs &: government paid rs 1.56 crores. So corruption is of Rs 1.04 crores in 1998. I was really saddened the way the work is handled in defence circles.
