India emerged as the fifth-largest military spender in 2025, according to the latest annual report from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). India’s expenditure rose to $92.1 billion, representing an 8.9% increase from 2024.

The spending spike was largely driven by a conflict with Pakistan in May 2025.

Intensive procurement of drones, counter-drone systems, and air defence platforms like the S-400 missile system.

Revised capital outlays for aircraft systems were 50% higher than originally budgeted to maintain combat preparedness.

Spending grew by 11% to $11.9 billion (ranked 31st globally), primarily for Chinese aircraft and missiles.

Witnessed the sharpest regional growth (14%) due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war and NATO rearmament.

Key Takeaway: India’s rising budget reflects a shift from a major arms importer to a strategic regional power, with defence exports also hitting a record Rs 38,424 crore in the same period.

Its badge of shame crowned on Bharat by entirely due to mis-management and corruption.

armed forces officials, IAS, IFS and politicians are all sucked on to this loaded gravvy train of defence budget.
They keep fooling nation with these "Successful" missile testings and when penny drops, all fails to cut to mark. Results in 80-90% missiles used in Sindoor ops were imported!!

I don't even need to mention them any and every indian already knows what they are.

2% citizen pay Tax: 1.4billion >> 1400m .02 = 28mil
Muslim share: 3.5% less than 1mil muslim base >> 980,000 (if everything is proportional, which is not in case of these pests based on world wide figures)
i would use another 30% filter on 1million creatures to deduce about 300k pay tax! but they consume more resources given on average they have 6-8 kids per couple.
Most of them Madrassa educated so poor income to pay tax. even if they pay tax, would be lowest tax payer bracket.
They bite very hand that feeds them like snakes. They count lower than dog when it comes to utility, tleast dog pay in loyalty and guard you or your family members.
