Nope India will definitely become one in this decade. Nothing is stopping India now as we have a great government that has made India the 5th largest economy from the bottom where no development took place with rampant corruption taking place openly and no justice took place.
 
Hopefully this will help us to develop our own indigenous plane which is essential to travel within India as there’s a huge demand for it and it will grow even more as it’s essential to spend money on us and within the country rather than expensive imports.
