In a significant boost to India's aerospace industry, AviaTraining Solutions Pvt Ltd has secured exclusive rights to assemble and manufacture European gyrocopters in India.

The company has partnered with Aviation Artur Trendak from Poland and Carpenerie Pagotto from Italy, two leading gyrocopter manufacturers with a proven track record.

This landmark deal will see the establishment of India's first gyrocopter assembly line near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This facility will not only meet the growing domestic demand for these versatile aircraft but also position India as a key exporter to various regions, including the SAARC region, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Gyrocopters, known for their ability to take off and land in confined spaces, offer a unique blend of affordability and functionality. This makes them ideal for a range of applications, from recreational flying and security operations to government services such as forestry, wildlife conservation, healthcare, and tourism.

AviaTraining Solutions is confident that the Indian market is ripe for this innovative technology. With over 400 gyrocopters from their partner companies already in operation worldwide, and their cost-effectiveness compared to high-end luxury cars, gyrocopters are poised to become a popular choice for both individuals and government departments.

This strategic move by AviaTraining Solutions is expected to revolutionize the Indian aerospace industry. By bringing cutting-edge technology and manufacturing capabilities to India, the company is not only catering to domestic needs but also contributing to the country's economic growth and technological advancement.

These seems to be the future of taxi in cities like NCR , mumbai and bangalore.

Need short runways. As taxi highly unlikely.
Inter city bro. I'm excited for it. We can construct the short runways in the city outskirts, close to metro stations. Imagine moving from Pune to Mumbai or Chennai to Bangalore in less than 1 hr

i think they can take off from small helipads and can provided point to point connectivity like, from electronic city to bangalore airport or IGI to new Jewar airport .

There is a large market for these in India and as they will be exclusively manufactured in India the cheaper price will attract a lot of exports from around the world. In India it can be used to travel within a city or local areas to transport small cargos and people. This will also be a major attraction in tourist areas, beaches, religious sites and in higher altitude areas or hills as well.
