Indian defence manufacturing company, DCX Systems, has been awarded a significant contract worth ₹154.8 crore (approximately $18.5 million) from Israel's ELTA Systems, a leading developer of advanced defence and intelligence electronics.

The order encompasses the supply of RF (radio frequency) electronic modules, crucial components in various defence and communication systems. This contract, expected to be fulfilled within a year, underscores the growing prominence of DCX Systems in the global defence industry.

The company, incorporated in 2011, specializes in electronic subsystems and cable harnesses, catering to both the defence and aerospace sectors. Having secured authorization to export munitions in 2018, DCX Systems has established a strong international presence, with Israel being one of its key clients.

DCX Systems holds a defence industrial license from the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry, permitting the production of critical defence subsystems such as microwave components, modules for radar and electronic warfare, and command and guidance units for missile systems. This capability positions the company as a preferred offset partner for defence and aerospace entities globally.
