Russia, India & China have shared interests, says Lavrov

Russia, India and China are aware of their common interests in several sectors and there is an overt trend to develop mutual partnership, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Sunday. Lavrov was referring to the recent bonhomie displayed by the leaders of the three countries at the SCO summit in Tianjin last week.

Triple handshake and huddle of PM Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping at the SCO summit hogged global headlines. It even prompted US President Donald Trump, in a social media post, to lament the loss of India and Russia to “deepest and darkest” China.

“It is a demonstration that three great powers, representing three great civilisations, are aware of their common interests in a number of areas,” Lavrov said.

Some matters are far better in hands of leaders then public as all these wars ect are not a easy game and somehow we are in middle of it. Russia must finish this war ,either by force or compromise as US is weak and so is Europe so why wait ? Finish Ukraine or end war ,must be on Russians mind ,other wise ,prolonging anything this far , will finally splinter Russia out of shear misry as happened in Afghanistan. Russia must do either military or diplomatic parley to end this matter soon
